Welcome to Resident News and thanks for taking the time read about our community relations program designed to help your business grow through “direct to resident” marketing to families and professionals who reside in our luxury apartment communities throughout your area and the country.
Your business will be able to build an Exclusive relationship with the staff at the communities of your choice. No other business of your type will be included in this program.
There are 4 parts to the program, here is how it works….. 1. Receive referrals from our staff by developing a strong relationship with our leasing office. 2. Your display ad will be on the back page of our monthly newsletter which is distributed by our staff to each apartment. 3. You may place loose leaf inserts within the newsletters monthly. You provide the inserts to be inserted by your staff. 4. Your Promotional material may be placed in our welcome packages for new residents (if we have one). You provide the material and the leasing agents insert them.
Your program can be customized by choosing apartment communities locally, regionally or nationally depending on your target market.
PRICING: (Based on which community or communities you choose. Price is based on a per door cost annually.)
Artwork for the display ads can be supplied by you or our expert graphic team can create artwork for you.
Advertising space is limited in each community and they are reserved on a first come first serve basis so please be sure to contact Resident News for availability and pricing.
